While The Reserve at Eagle Creek is proud to have partnered with premium and established builders, we encourage you to bring your own ideas, floor plans, and builders to Eagle Creek. We’d love to work with you and your builder to help you build the home of your dreams, right here in Garrettsville.

Development

Being a deed restricted community, The Reserve at Eagle Creek presents the standards which ensure that the attractiveness of the community is maintained for the benefit of the owners.

Accompanying the beauty of the countryside, lots are serviced with city water, sewer, natural gas and cable amenities. The first phase of The Reserve at Eagle Creek, consisting of 50 lots, is currently being released, with two more phases in conception and planning. Currently, there are no release dates for Phases 2 and 3.
