About Eagle Creek
The Reserve at Eagle Creek is a new planned residential development in Garrettsville, Ohio, conveniently situated within an easy drive of the major northeastern Ohio cities of Cleveland, Akron and Youngstown-Warren. Garrettsville is a charming community in the heart of Portage County, near the town of Hiram and respected Hiram College, Kent and Kent State University, Ravenna, and Aurora.
Current Lots & Future Plans
With over 118 home sites, each house lot measures at least one half acre and has been planned to offer a spectacular view of the surrounding deed restricted development that includes over 45 acres of preserved wooded common space, two rivers, and a scenic walking trail. Being a deed restricted community, The Reserve at Eagle Creek presents the standards which ensure that the attractiveness of the community is maintained for the benefit of the owners. Accompanying the beauty of the countryside, lots are serviced with city water, sewer, natural gas and cable amenities.
While the first phase of the community, consisting of 50 lots, is currently being released, two more phases are in conception in planning. Currently, there are no release dates for Phases 2 and 3.

Eagle Creek Locations:
The Reserve at Eagle Creek is currently building in two different allotments. The first is Eagle Creek Drive and the North section which is River View Drive. Below you will find maps to both building sites which are located near each other with separate entrances for each.
